The land parcels, located in Bulwell, have been acquired from Nottingham City Council for an undisclosed sum.
Both sites cover an area totalling five acres and have lain vacant for 15 years, these will host a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties, with Godwin having already secured detailed planning consent for both developments.
The Maple Fields scheme, to be built on the former Henry Mellish School site on Kersall Drive, will consist of 45 homes.
The Crescent Development, situated where the Piccadilly Playing Field once was, will host 57 homes.

On both sites, the homes will be energy efficient with a minimum EPC B rating — It is estimated the two year construction period will create over 300 temporary jobs and contribute over £150,000 towards local community infrastructure.
